The NFL draft is over and I have to say Broncos selecting Tim Tebow 25th overall took me by complete surprise. I honestly thought he would be a third or fourth round selection but I was wrong. Congratulations to him though, he definitely deserves the big contract that will come his way. He may need time to develop his arm motion but he is a winner and that is the biggest reason he was selected so high. Some other surprises over the three days were the Seahawks receiving two running backs for so little. They got Leon Washington from the Jets, who is coming off a leg injury, and LenDale White from the Titans who lost touches to Chris Johnson. However, the biggest surprise was how the Raiders drafted. They are always known for selecting the fastest player in early rounds. They did a pretty good job the first three rounds and selected project players in the fourth and fifth who are raw but impressed a lot in the combine.
How do the rest of you feel the draft went?
i don't want to gloat too much, though i already did haha. i was just about the only person on the planet that was convinced tebow would go in the first round. not only that, but the broncos traded up to secure him. they mustve known something no one else did, or they see what i see in tebow lol
